Return and refund policy for all Accentrix Cloud digital products

Accentrix Cloud sells digital products, software access, subscriptions, and electronically delivered services.

Because these products are delivered digitally, physical returns do not apply and refunds are limited to the exceptions stated below.

Digital Product Return Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Accentrix Cloud, including software subscriptions, hosted services, account activations, digital licenses, downloadable files, online training access, templates, reports, and other electronically delivered products.

What counts as delivery

Account credentials or workspace access sent to the customer.License keys, activation links, or subscription access issued.Digital files, reports, templates, or deliverables made available for download.Cloud, hosting, advisory, or managed services provisioned for customer use.

Core policy position

Because our products are intangible and delivered electronically, customers do not return a physical item. For that reason, returns are not permitted after delivery or activation. Refunds are reviewed only in the limited circumstances listed on this page.

Refunds may be considered if

You were charged more than once for the same order.Accentrix Cloud accepted payment but did not deliver the digital product, activation, or account access.A verified technical fault on our side prevented access or use, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable support window.You canceled before any digital delivery, download, provisioning, license issuance, or account activation took place.A refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are generally not available for

Change-of-mind requests after a product has been delivered, downloaded, provisioned, or activated.Requests based on lack of use, delayed project rollout, or internal approval issues after delivery.Compatibility or environment issues that were disclosed in advance or caused by third-party systems outside our control.Services or subscriptions already consumed for the billed period, unless required by law.

How to request a refund review

Send your request to support@accentrixcloud.com or use the contact form at /contact-us.Include the order reference, billing email, product name, purchase date, and the reason for the request.Attach screenshots or error details if the issue relates to access, activation, or delivery.Submit the request within 7 calendar days of purchase unless a longer period is required by law.

Review timeline

Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banking or card-provider timing may add additional processing days.If a request is denied, we will share the reason in writing.
