1. Data Deletion Overview
Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their Accentrix Cloud account. Eligible account data will be deleted or de-identified where appropriate, subject to any information Accentrix Data Systems Ltd may be legally or operationally required to retain.
2. Delete Your Accentrix Cloud Account
The current application does not provide a verified public self-service account deletion feature for regular users. To request deletion of your Accentrix Cloud account and associated personal data, contact us at info@accentrixcloud.com from the email address associated with your account.
Include your name, the email address associated with your Accentrix Cloud account, and a clear statement that you are requesting account and personal data deletion. We may request sufficient information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
3. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you created or accessed an Accentrix Cloud account using Facebook Login, you may request deletion of information associated with your Facebook-authenticated Accentrix Cloud account by emailing info@accentrixcloud.com.
Please include the email address associated with your Accentrix Cloud account, your name, and a note that the account was accessed using Facebook Login. Do not send your Facebook password, access tokens, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Facebook App Removal Instructions
You can also remove Accentrix Cloud from your Facebook account through Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. Removing the application prevents future access through Facebook but may not automatically delete information already stored in your Accentrix Cloud account.
5. What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your account and services used, deletion may include account profile information, name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile image where received from an authentication provider, preferences, account-related application data, and other personal data associated with the account.
6. Information We May Need to Retain
Deleting an active user profile is different from deleting every record connected to a business relationship. Accentrix Data Systems Ltd may need to retain certain information where required for legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, payment records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of contractual obligations.
7. What Happens After You Request Deletion
After receiving a deletion request, Accentrix Cloud may verify the requester's identity, confirm receipt of the request, review which information is eligible for deletion, process eligible deletion or de-identification, and notify the requester when the process is complete.
8. Third-Party Services
Deleting an Accentrix Cloud account does not necessarily delete information held independently by third-party providers such as Facebook / Meta, Google, GitHub, payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or other connected services. You may need to manage your data directly with those providers as well.
