You may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, organization name, job role, inquiry details, service requirements, support messages, uploaded files, billing details, and information included in forms, tickets, orders, or account settings.

When you create or access an account, we may process identifiers, login method, email address, password-related authentication data where applicable, session information, account role, access permissions, timestamps, and security events. Passwords should be stored in protected form and are not intended to be visible to Accentrix staff.

We may collect business contact details, company names, phone numbers, project information, procurement needs, service preferences, billing contacts, and communication history so that we can qualify, deliver, support, and manage services.

We may process order references, package selections, invoice records, payment status, transaction references, subscription status, and billing history. Payment providers may process card, mobile money, or bank details according to their own policies and security controls.

We may collect IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical signals, logs, diagnostics, performance data, errors, security events, and usage patterns needed to operate and protect the services.

Accentrix Cloud may use cookies, local storage, consent preferences, analytics tags, session cookies, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance, understand service usage, and support security. You can manage browser cookie settings, but some account or security features may not work without required cookies.

When you connect or use third-party services, we may receive information made available by those services, by your configuration, or by permissions you approve. This may include identifiers, account metadata, repository or deployment metadata, billing status, service events, or support information needed for the requested integration.

We use personal information to provide services, manage accounts, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, process orders, deliver support, operate dashboards, send service communications, secure the platform, detect abuse, improve products, comply with legal obligations, and manage customer relationships.

Depending on the context, we process personal information because it is necessary to provide requested services, manage a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, respond to your consent, or handle a request that you submit.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We share information only where needed for service delivery, payment processing, hosting, support, authentication, analytics, legal compliance, security, business operations, or with your direction.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Accentrix Cloud, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, customer support, payment processing, security, monitoring, and operational tooling providers.

Payment providers may receive transaction information needed to process payments, confirm payment status, handle disputes, issue receipts, or comply with financial and regulatory obligations. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy and security policies.

Some providers, infrastructure, support systems, or authentication services may process information outside Kenya. Where this happens, we aim to use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures suitable for the services and provider relationship.

Data may be hosted in Kenya or in other regions depending on the service, provider, customer requirements, infrastructure availability, and agreed service scope. Specific residency commitments must be confirmed in a separate written agreement if they are required for your organization.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, handle support, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and maintain operational records. Retention periods vary by data type and business context.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers and users should also use strong passwords, protect credentials, limit access, and report suspected security issues promptly.

Customers remain responsible for the personal information, business records, files, credentials, user permissions, and operational data they upload, configure, or process through Accentrix Cloud services.
