FAQ
What does self-managed mean?
Accentrix Cloud prepares and hosts the infrastructure while you deploy, configure, and maintain your own application.
Will Accentrix deploy my application?
Deployment is managed by you under the self-managed plan. Deployment assistance or a managed hosting upgrade can be purchased when required.
Do I receive SSH access?
Yes. Secure SSH access is provided where appropriate for the selected hosting environment. Use an SSH public key; do not submit private keys or passwords.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to Node.js Hosting when you want Accentrix Cloud to handle more of the deployment and operations.
